I arrive two hours prior to your event.
I set up and start blocking in the atmosphere. While I paint, I will interact with your guests as they admire how the painting progresses. After the event is over I take the work of art to my studio where I finish it from photos from your photographer.
Keep a lookout on Facebook for sneak peeks of your finished painting!!
Once the painting is finished it will be hand-delivered or shipped to you at a time that is convenient for you.

Kelly Whited
Owner | Artist
Born and raised in Florida, Kelly started drawing when she was three years old and hasn't stopped since. This led her to Sarasota where she graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design with a Bachelors in Fine Arts: Illustration.
Kelly created KW Event Painting in 2009 and continues to paint live at weddings and special events to capture these momentous occasions on canvas. She and her husband, Jon, are the Worship Pastors at Crossings Community Church in Sanford, FL. They are also the proud parents of their newborn son, Caleb Elijah and two playful kittens.

I bring 30 years of administrative and event planning experience to KW Event Painting. I have worked in the corporate world as well as the community, doing charity events and corporate fundraisers. When I'm not coordinating Kelly's business affairs I am enjoying being a first time “Nana” to my granddaughter who we welcomed into the family in January, 2017. Some of my favorite things are reading, sewing, interior design, staging homes and spending time with my family & friends; and let's not forget snuggling with my grand-baby!

Ashlee has enhanced our team greatly by adding her professional skills in editorial photography to better help us capture the likeness of family, friends and special guests in each of our paintings. With a BFA from Colgate University in upstate New York she expertly captures the beautiful detail of each special event and is invaluable to our process. When she's not photographing your gorgeous venues, her and her husband Ross serve as the Mission's Directors at their church in Deltona, FL.
